MyTrack now supports University of Oregon branding in candidate emails featuring "O" logo headers for a professional and consistent touch. Thank you to University Communications and Information Services for their collaboration!

February
Candidate demographic reports are now available on job requisitions with ten or more applicants. Make sure you're following the guidelines for protecting candidate privacy.

March
Pro tem pools
now have a default one-year posting duration to reduce confusion for candidates and remove administrative burden for HR partners. Shorter postings are available upon request. Pool postings will be automatically removed from the careers page when they close.

We explored HR communications as a strategic asset in recruiting and retaining talent and released a feature in MyTrack to more easily communicate with candidates.

May
If you have access to multiple "teams" in MyTrack, you can now select the appropriate one on a PD instead of being limited to your primary team.

The Talent Acquisition team shared our journey to embracing data and metrics, and encouraged partners to think about your own data and reports you'd like delivered to you from MyTrack.

We published a guide to common issues that might slow down a MyTrack offer's release.

Our Challenging HR Myths session at the HRCP meeting busted some common misconceptions, and affirmed a few truths.

We announced a new user interface for position descriptions and requisitions that will go live soon. We hope the new interface will make MyTrack a bit easier to navigate.

November We introduced a new process for reclassifying research faculty positions from pro tem to career.
