- Family transfer forms - two weeks prior to the beginning of each term.
- Employee tuition forms - two days prior to the beginning to each term.
Beginning fall term 2020, staff tuition forms are completed through an electronic process, which requires a login with your DuckID and password. Paper forms are no longer accepted.
