University of Oregon (UO) employees have several retirement plan options. Two voluntary retirement savings plans and two pension plans offer a broad range of choices to work toward a comfortable retirement.
The Benefits Office recognizes that there is significant concern regarding potential changes to PERS and maintains a PERS Updates webpage to keep employees apprised of action taken by the Oregon on legislature and the PERS Board.
