The University of Oregon contracts with Revive (formerly known as Canopy) to provide a comprehensive assistance program for faculty and staff and their dependents. The services are at no cost to eligible members. Your information is confidential—nobody at the UO will know you have accessed services.

Individual services
You can call Revive directly at 1-800-433-2320 or visit the Revive website.
To use the website, you will need to create an account.
- For "organization name," enter "PEBB."
Onsite group services
To request on-site counseling or training in your department, email hrbenefits@uoregon.edu.
