Sick Leave for eligible employee groups is addressed in the relevant collective bargaining agreements and in the Officer of Administration policies.

Additionally, through June 30, 2025, the university's Healthcare Worker Temporary Sick Leave Program provides sick leave to eligible employees of University Health Services, HEDCO Clinic, Psychology Clinic, and Athletic Medicine, in accordance with Oregon Health Authority guidelines.
