The University of Oregon and United Academics have been meeting regularly since February to negotiate the terms of a successor faculty collective bargaining agreement (CBA). The parties have exchanged proposals for salary increases, which is a topic of keen interest to all. Proposals and Tentative Agreements
The bargaining teams have entered mediation in their efforts to reach a tentative agreement on a successor contract. Through mediation, the parties will explore ideas and present proposals, both binding and non-binding, in negotiations facilitated by a state-appointed mediator.
