MyTrack System Expansion is Live
MyTrack is a comprehensive talent management system that serves employees throughout their employment at the university, providing a portal to access position descriptions and learning and development opportunities.
The MyTrack dashboard provides employees with access to key features:
- Access the Learning Library from the My community drop down menu bar to explore available learning activities.
- Once enrolled, learning activities appear in My Development plan.
- Create and maintain a professional profile in My Profile.
- Supervisors can view profiles of the employees they supervise using the My Team menu item on the menu bar.

Important Note for Previous MyTrack: Recruitment Module Users
The expansion of MyTrack to include the learning module changes the login process previously used to manage recruitment activities. Now employees access all modules, including recruitment, through the MyTrack dashboard.
Previously, users logged directly in to the recruitment module, which does not provide access to the other MyTrack functions. All users should use the new login (provided above) to access MyTrack and ensure full access to all features. Once logged in, access to the recruitment module is provided on the MyTrack dashboard.
Direct access to the recruitment module will remain available for a period of time to allow for transition to the newly launched login. Please update bookmarks and quick links to begin transitioning to the new MyTrack Login as soon as possible.
