Personalized Career and Financial Counseling
Confidential one-on-one sessions with a licensed counselor are available and can be customized for each individual based on their specific needs. Areas of assistance can include financial coaching and consultation, coping with change, a general assessment of interests, motivation, and job skills, and many other topics and services.
Financial coaches are available and can provide a needs analysis and an online written action plan to help develop better spending habits, reduce debt, improve credit, and increase savings to employees.
EAP representatives can also help with the emotional challenges and adjustments related to employment changes.

Benefit-eligible employees can contact Cascade Centers to schedule a career counseling appointment at a time that is most convenient. EAP services are available for up to 30 days after the last day of employment.
