The Talent Acquisition unit supports and collaborates with departments to initiate, navigate, and successfully complete the hiring process. We provide guidance for each stage of the process, which is managed within the MyTrack talent management system.

Position Types

The process for hiring faculty, officers of administration, and classified employees is generally the same. There are some variations based on employee type.
