A New Look is Coming: October 18

UO is implementing a new job posting and application system. What you need to know:

  • Postings will appear differently, with better search features to find the jobs of interest to you.

FLSA Changes

Due to changes in federal requirements regarding the minimum pay for exempt (salaried) positions, positions currently posted as exempt will be reviewed at the time of hire. Any positions offered under the new federally mandated minimum salary of $47,476 annually may be offered by the University as non-exempt positions paid hourly. If you have questions about this, please contact Human Resources at or 541-346-5112 (6-5112 from on-campus).

Veterans and UO
