This policy creates a framework and general guidelines for determining decision making regarding requirements for mobile technology related to employment activities. This policy relates to the terms and conditions of employment and this policy issue is the responsibility of the Office of Human Resources.

Reporting Options

If you suspect fraudulent or wasteful behavior or would like to report a suspected violation of university policy, please bring the matter to the attention of your supervisor or management. If you are not comfortable reporting to your supervisor or management directly, you may submit your concern to the appropriate department. Visit the University of Oregon website for a list of reporting options and also make reports through UO’s third-party hotline. The Office of Internal Audit will look into all reports. Information will be kept confidential to the extent possible, consistent with the need to conduct an adequate investigation and in accordance with applicable law.
