Child Care on Campus

There are several child care options on campus.  Each program listed below provides a unique environment of high quality early childhood education and care that exceeds state certification standards.  Call the programs directly for information about openings and schedules:

The Vivian Olum Child Development Center offers faculty and staff families first priority and a tuition discount to all UO-affiliated families. The center serves children eight weeks through fifth grade and while responding to COVID-19, is serving children eight weeks through five years old.

Moss Street Children’s Center, a program of the Erb Memorial Student Union, offers university student families first priority and a tuition discount. While responding to COVID-19 the center serves children three months to 5 years.

The Co-op Family Center will reopen November 2. The Co-op Family Center, located in Spencer View Family Housing, provides affordable high-quality education for children. Our community is a cooperative effort between families and center staff to raise happy, healthy and socially confident children. The Co-op Family Center is a contracted program with the ASUO.
