Canopy, formerly called Cascade Centers, is the UO Employee Assistance Program provider. Here are resources available to benefit-eligible employees through Canopy, as the university and our communities respond to COVID-19.

Canopy's Webinars, also known as web conferences, are live presentations via the Internet. Through webinars, you can participate in live trainings at your own computer and also be connected to the other participants. Webinars are generally one hour in length and topics include mental/ emotional concerns, relationships, finances, legal concerns, wellness, communication, and more.

Counselors available via video chat; including 24/7 crisis support on our phone lines: 
Fear, stress and anxiety about COVID-19 can be overwhelming. Counselors are available via secure video-chat, telephonically and text messaging. For more information, please download Canopy's Telehealth handout. The Managing your Anxiety handout may also be helpful.

Caregiver stress and responsibilities: 
This is a very challenging time for parents and caregivers, the EAP is available to help support people cope with rapidly changing information and disruption to daily life. Download the Family Preparedness handout for more information.
