Project Overview

Implementation of a talent management system (TMS) will transform key elements in recruitment, performance, and learning processes for employees at the University of Oregon.  The implementation of the UO configured system called MyTrack is being executed in two phases:

Phase I:
  • position descriptions
  • search approval and launch
  • applicant interface and tracking
  • search committee evaluation
  • offer preparation and delivery
  • post-offer checks
  • onboarding
Phase II:
  • performance management
  • learning management
