SUBJECT:             RETURN TO NORMAL HIRING PROCESSES

I want to notify you that, effective immediately, university departments will no longer need to submit the “Position Exemption and Exception” waiver forms when initiating unclassified or classified searches.  If forms have been submitted and are awaiting approval, the search can go forward without obtaining the approval.  Please contact me if you have questions, llking@uoregon.edu, 6-2966.
