The following are University of Oregon Policy Statements and memorandum from university leaders related to employment at the university. 

Since the change in university governance (July 2014), the university is actively working to update and approve policies across campus.  We will update the Human Resource listing as policies are formally approved by the Board of Trustees.  Below are two links that may be useful in searching for policies that have not been listed:

If you suspect fraudulent or wasteful behavior, or would like to report suspected violation of university policy, please bring the matter to the attention of your supervisor or management. If you are not comfortable reporting to your supervisor or management, you may also make reports through UO’s third-party hotline. The Office of Internal Audit will look into all reports. Information will be kept confidential to the extent possible, consistent with the need to conduct an adequate investigation and in accordance with applicable law.
