Salary increases at the University of Oregon are established by employee group and in accordance with applicable collective bargaining agreements.
Faculty and Officers of Administration (OAs)
UO is pleased to provide adjustments to salaries in its effort to support and retain the highest quality faculty and staff. UO will provide both an across-the-board and merit increase pool for eligible faculty and Officers of Administration (OAs) in FY18:
Across-the-board increase of 0.75%
Merit pool increase of 2.25%
Salary increases this year are effective January 1, 2018. We expect that the January 1 increase cycle will continue in future years.
