This year seasonal flu vaccinations are available ONLY for UO faculty/staff (NOT dependents, spouses, domestic partners or retirees), and who do not have MEDICARE Part B (University Health Center is not a Medicare provider; and is unable to care for or immunize anyone who has Medicare Part B).
Those individuals who present with their UO ID card and their Providence PEBB insurance card will be eligible to receive the flu vaccine without charge. With no PEBB insurance, the charge is $26, cash or check (no credit cards.)

Fall Term Fitness Opportunities at the Student Recreation Center http://perec.uoregon.edu/
Faculty and staff are encouraged to participate in the fitness services offered at the Rec Center, including body composition analysis, a full fitness assessment and personal training sessions.
Personal Training Services
Schedule an appointment to get your new fitness routine started or find new ways to increase the challenge of your workouts. Choose to meet with a personal trainer to design your workout program or to guide your exercise sessions for motivation and coaching. Rec Fitness Group Workout Sessions
Group workouts are a great way to stay motivated and get moving with the UO community. Purchase a punch card at the Rec Sports Office, Esslinger 102, and take advantage of the drop-in schedule to accommodate your needs with workout formats such as step, body sculpting, circuit training, group cycling and fitness yoga. Breast Health Awareness and Education

If you or a loved one have concerns about breast health, mark your calendar for this informative health education workshop about a proactive breast wellness program that can help women reduce their risk of breast cancer through customized nutrition and diet, hormone balancing and making environmental changes.
