As an OA, you are part of a group that performs a wide range of activities integral to the university’s mission. OAs hold diverse positions on campus, including supervisors, business and office managers, advisors and counselors, physicians, coaches, managers, executives and deans.
In recent years, an effort was undertaken to create a comprehensive set of policies and provide greater administrative support to OA employment needs. This project is ongoing and the information on this website describes current policies and progress on the policy initiative. In addition, the webpage provides links to campus resources, services and information regarding your employment.
