Domestic Partner Coverage
On April 21, 1998, the Public Employees' Benefit Board (PEBB) voted to offer domestic partner coverage to state employees. The actual motion reads as follows:
"That the Public Employees' Benefit Board extend employee health and dental benefit coverage to domestic partners of all eligible employees, effective on June 1, 1998, subject to the following terms and conditions: For this purpose, domestic partners shall include both same gender and opposite gender partners of eligible employees. Coverage shall be provided to domestic partners and their family members to the same extent it is currently provided to family members under current applicable administrative rules."

Forms for domestic partner enrollment should be returned to the Benefits Office, 463 Oregon Hall, within 31 days.
