Medical Plan Opt Out Information - If you covered by another employer group medical plan, you may opt out of medical insurance. Individual medical plans do not qualify.
Vision Plan Information (VSP website)
Your vision insurance is VSP (Vision Service Plan) - VSP will cover a routine exam every 12 months, no matter your age. Plus, you get a $200 benefit to spend on frames/lenses or contacts. If you do not use the whole benefit at once, you can bank the balance to use later during the 12 months.
